convenient location spacious room in-room kettle scruffy carpet noisy door unclean shower
the location was convenient to nearby attractions. i found the family room spacious. it was nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.
the carpet looked scruffy. the toilet door was very noisy. the shower facilities were not clean.

Unexpectedly Nice Stay!
nice staff clean linen
The location was very convenient. The staff were so nice. They helped with what we needed. The room had tea and coffee in the room. Bed linen was very clean.
The room was very dusty. The room smelled like damp clothes. It was generally not very cleanly.

The room was heated. Beds were super comfortable. It was a fantastic stay. A TV worked well. Wi-fi was ok too, that helps you to relax during evenings.

Great Value, Perfect Location!
perfect location friendly staff comfortable sleep
The location was GREAT! It was a short walk to the Winter Gardens because we had a dance competition. The staff were friendly and cute. I was like I got my money's worth and it exceeded my expectations.
There was no double glazing. I noticed stained walls and stained carpets. I think a deep clean is needed.

The hotel is in a PERFECT location close to the Winter Gardens, about a five-minute walk. This makes it very convenient for events and attractions nearby. The area is accessible and easy to navigate.

The rooms are equipped with towels, soap, and brew supplies with plastic cups in individual sealed wrappers. There is a tv and tea and coffee making facilities available. A nice bar is also available in the hotel.
