The location was very convenient. The staff were so nice. They helped with what we needed. The room had tea and coffee in the room. Bed linen was very clean.

The location was GREAT! It was a short walk to the Winter Gardens because we had a dance competition. The staff were friendly and cute. I seemed like I got my money's worth and it exceeded my expectations.
There was no double glazing. I noticed stained walls and stained carpets. I think a deep clean is needed.
